We collect information you provide when creating an account and using the app, including your name, email address, and family data such as calendar events, tasks and chores, meal plans, recipes, shopping lists, medication schedules, mood entries, and journal entries. We also collect basic usage data to improve the app experience.
We use your information solely to provide and improve the Mom Pulse HQ service — to sync your family's data across devices and enable all app features including the Calendar, Tasks, Self Care, Meal Planner, Recipes, and Shopping List. We do not sell your data to any third parties.
Your data is stored securely on our servers using industry-standard encryption and security practices. We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
Your part matters too. While Mom Pulse HQ does its very best to keep your family's information private and protected, no online service can ever be 100% secure. You share responsibility for safeguarding your own data — please use a strong, unique password, keep your devices and browsers updated and locked, never share your account credentials, and think carefully before storing highly sensitive information in the app.
Your family's data is isolated at the database level. Every calendar event, task, meal plan, recipe, shopping item, and family member profile is permanently tied to your family account, and our database enforces on every single request that you can only ever see and edit records belonging to your own family. Another family cannot read, edit, or delete your data — and cannot even create records inside your family account. Your personal Self Care data (journal entries, mood check-ins, and medication logs) is scoped even more tightly: it is private to you individually, and is not visible to other members of your own family.
You may add profiles for family members, including children. This data is private to your family account and is never shared with third parties. Child profiles are created and managed solely by the account-holding parent or guardian.
The app allows you to store sensitive health-related information such as medication schedules and mood/journal entries (Self Care). This data is stored privately within your family account and is never shared with or sold to third parties, advertisers, or health organizations.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. We do not store your credit card details on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy governs how your payment information is handled.
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties, except as strictly required by law or to provide core app functionality (e.g., payment processing via Stripe). We do not use your data for advertising purposes.
Even our own administrators are restricted. Mom Pulse HQ admins cannot view the contents of your family's data — not your calendar, tasks, meal plans, recipes, shopping lists, or Self Care entries. These same database-level rules apply to us. Admin access is deliberately limited to looking up a family's basic account record (such as the family name and account status) by email, and only for the purpose of providing support when you reach out for help. Every one of these support lookups is logged, including which admin performed it and the reason given.
You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Settings page. Upon deletion, all your family data — including member profiles, calendar events, tasks, meal plans, recipes, shopping lists, journal entries, and medication logs — will be permanently removed from our servers.
We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session, remember your preferences, and improve your experience. We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking.
Our app is designed for family use and managed exclusively by parents or guardians. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. All child-related data is entered and controlled by the account-holding adult. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a child without parental consent, please contact us immediately so we can delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
If you have questions or concerns about this Privacy Policy or how we handle your data, please contact us through the app's support channel.
