1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Mom Pulse HQ, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

2. Use of the Service

Mom Pulse HQ is a family organization tool providing features including a shared calendar, task and chore management, meal planning, a recipe book, a shopping list, and a private Self Care space. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. The primary account holder is responsible for all family members added to the account.

4. Subscription & Billing

Access to Mom Pulse HQ requires a paid subscription (monthly or yearly) after any applicable free trial period. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable advance notice.

5. Family Data & Content

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter into the app, including family member profiles, calendar events, tasks, meal plans, recipes, shopping lists, journal entries, and other content. You retain full ownership of your family's data. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

6. Health & Wellness Information Disclaimer

Mom Pulse HQ provides tools to organize and track personal wellness information, including medication schedules, mood check-ins, and journal entries in the Self Care space. This information is for personal organizational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or misuse the platform. You may not use the service to store or transmit illegal content, infringe intellectual property rights, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the service. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease and your data may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

Mom Pulse HQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data or service interruptions. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months prior to the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

Mom Pulse HQ is designed to be used by parents and guardians to manage their family. We take children's privacy seriously and comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

  • Our app is not directed to children under 13. Children do not create their own accounts or directly interact with our service.
  • All child profiles within the app are created and managed solely by a parent or legal guardian who holds the account.
  • We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.
  • Any information entered about a child (such as name, birthday, or routine) is entered by the parent/guardian and stored privately within that family's account.
  • We do not share, sell, or disclose any child-related information to third parties for commercial purposes.
  • Parents and guardians may review, update, or delete any information associated with their child at any time by managing their family profile within the app or by deleting their account.
  • If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13 without parental consent, please contact us immediately so we can promptly delete it.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of applicable jurisdiction.
